Responsibilities
- Handle inbound sales enquiries from SMB customers and turn them into signed business
- Run proactive outbound outreach to new business prospects, and upsell and cross-sell to existing customers
- Work leads generated through marketing and partnerships, and give honest feedback on what's converting
- Partner with Marketing, Onboarding, and Customer Support to make the customer journey work end to end
- Work in HubSpot with structured sales cadences, and use the data to sharpen how we sell
