This role seeks an experienced Collaboration Systems Automation & Integration Engineer to manage and optimize Personio's core Atlassian Cloud platform and other collaboration tools
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end collaboration tools and integrations
- Build and maintain integrations using APIs and webhooks
- Design and implement automation across the stack
- Manage and evolve broader collaboration tooling
- Own JSM Assets: schema, data quality, automation
- Create and support AI-assisted workflows
- Evaluate and onboard new tooling
- Collaborate across departments to solve problems
