- Lead architecture & implementation for enterprise deployments
- Own post-sales technical success for assigned accounts
- Serve as Tier-3 escalation point for complex issues
- Design reference architectures for EMEA customer use cases
- Build samples, internal tools, or scripts
- Contribute to pre-sales discovery and POCs
- Partner with Product and Engineering to prioritize fixes/features
- Contribute to knowledge systems and playbooks
