Monzo seeks a Senior Manager for People Governance & Accountability to own operational delivery and improve frameworks, reporting to the Lead.
Responsibilities
- Own operational delivery of people governance and accountability.
- Manage day-to-day delivery of accountability regimes (SMCR, IAF/SEAR).
- Run BAU activities like fit and proper assessments, certification, etc.
- Act as a subject matter expert on accountability and people governance.
- Build and evolve the broader people governance framework.
- Identify and deliver process improvements.
- Partner with People, Legal, Compliance, Risk & Controls, Company Secretariat.
- Support audit, assurance and regulatory engagement.
