- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from brief to offer negotiation
- Support recruitment across Product Development and other functions
- Develop and execute effective talent sourcing strategies
- Represent GoCardless to build relationships and promote EVP
- Partner with hiring managers, provide market insights
- Leverage local market expertise for recruitment strategies
- Contribute to refinement of recruitment processes and tools
- Track and analyse recruitment metrics for improvement
