Responsibilities
- Manage and develop 1-2 People Admin/Operations team members.
- Own end-to-end payroll (GmbH & EOR) with finance and external providers.
- Own the HR Admin tech, including HRIS platform and integrations.
- Own people reporting and dashboards for leadership.
- Own People policies, SOPs and employee-facing guides.
- Ensure compliance with local labor law and data protection (GDPR).
